     Wendy was born April 11, 1972 in San Bernadino, CA to Gary Glenn and Ruth Arlene Pfaff.  She graduated from Linn Grove High School in 1990.  She worked as a telemarketer in Royal and then as a CNA.  Her love for her residents carried to each facility she worked.  Growing up, she moved all over with her family in their travels as her father was in the Navy.

     Wendy Lynn Baker of Sutherland, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Unity Point Health in Sioux City, Iowa.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Greg Pfaff; her father, Gary Pfaff and her sister, Penny Molnar.

     Survivors include her two daughters: Catherine Morton and her husband Travis and Mikka Baker and her partner, Steve Partridge; her partner, Mike Hellmann; her mother, Ruth Pfaff; stepson, Nick Rhods and his wife, Amy; 4 step daughters: McKenzie and her husband, Derion Butters, Dakota and Brandon Schuknecht, Dallas and Tanner Archer and Ariel Hellmann and her partner, Michael Hoaglurd; 14 grandchildren: Kylaar, Maci, Roxi, Michael, Ryker, Cali, Mia, Huxley, Zander, Garrett, Tori, Lucas, Brackston and Hayleigh; one niece, Wendy Bailey and her husband, John; 2 nephews: Aaron Hobson and his partner, Rebecca Melvin and Zachary Molnar and his wife, Alysha; 3 grand-nieces: Laurie, Ashley and Cassidy; 2 grand-nephews: Brian and Ethan; many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
