Samuel Howard Fay born January 10, 2025 at the Spencer Hospital passed away peacefully with his parents Brian and Nicole (Dowdy) Fay by his side.
Samuel is survived by his parents Brian and Nicole; sister Cheyenne Fay; grandmothers Mary Dowdy and Chris Campbell; aunts Amy (Gary) Bang, Amber Dowdy; uncles Kyle Campbell, Zack Fay, Tyler Fay, Aaron Dowdy, Zander Dowdy and many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Samuel is proceeded in death by his grandfather Howard Dowdy.
