Patricia Marie Nissen

Patricia Marie Nissen, the daughter of Lawerence and Bernice Feller (Bunkers) was born August 23, 1950 in LeMars, IA. Her childhood years were spent in Granville, IA, where she attended Spalding Catholic High School. Pat married Steve Nissen on September 5, 1970 in Granville, IA. Pat and Steve went on to raise 4 children in Spencer, IA.

Pat was an incredible woman that cared deeply for her family and friends. She was so excited about becoming a great grandmother in May. She will be deeply missed by everyone.

Pat passed away on Thursday April 2, 2026 at the Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD at the age of 75. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Nissen, her parents and Brother, Gary Feller.

Left to cherish her memory are her Children: Scott (Terrie) Nissen of Spencer, IA, Dawn Nissen (Jesse Adams) of Spencer, IA, Stacy Hinton of Sioux Falls, SD, and Tim (CharlyRae) Nissen of Sioux Falls, SD; Grandchildren: Mariah (Patrick) Leach, soon to be great granddaughter, Everly, Kendra Nissen, Brendon Nissen, Alex Gorton, Zack Nissen, Jensen Hinton, and Madalynn Cech; Sister: Phyllis (Dick) Seggelke; nieces, nephews and many more relatives and friends.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be held Friday April 24, 2026 at Weasy’s 216 Grand Ave, Spencer, IA from 4:00pm-7:00pm.
