Patricia Ann Lindemann

Patricia Ann Lindemann, the daughter of Otto Harry and Dorothy Floral (Philips) Johnson, was born August 15, 1930 in Ayrshire, IA. She received her education and graduated from the Spencer High School.

Patricia married Glenn Joseph Lindemann on June 1, 1948, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spencer. Following their marriage, they lived for a time in Montevideo, MN until moving to Everly, IA. She worked at Aalfs and Witco. Patricia was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Spencer. In her spare time, Patricia enjoyed reading, needle work and playing all different types of card games. Her weekends were filled with family and friends, big meals and games. She was known for her Swedish pancakes and homemade syrup.

Pat Lindemann passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the SPARC nursing home in Spencer at the age of 95. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Glenn; sisters: Bonnie (Jim) Jones, Donna (Rich) Freeburg and Corky (Francis) Daly; grandchildren: Kevin Joseph Lindemann and Becky Marie Payne; great-great grandchild, Austin Dennis Berends; brother-in-law, Tim Fitzloff and sister-in-law, Arlene Johnson; other relatives and friends.

She is survived by her children: Kathy Watkins of Everly, IA, Glenn “Joe” (Jean) Lindemann of Sioux Falls, SD, Larry Lindemann of Everly, IA, Jean M. (Kenny) of Spencer, IA, Ann Payne of Everly, IA and Dave Lindemann of Everly, IA; 16 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 17 great-great grandchildren; 3 sisters: Marla Fitzloff of AZ, Barb Johnson of NE and Daphne (Rich) Lebsack of CO; 3 brothers: Darrel (Ruthann) Johnson of TX, Bob Johnson of IA and Kenny (Jan) Johnson of AZ; other relatives and friends.
