Olivia Rose Shaughnessy, the infant daughter of Aaron and Katherine (Michels) Shaughnessy is survived by her parants; maternal grandparents, Justin and Kim Duhn and Rob and Traci Verdoorn; paternal grandparents, Daniel and Annette Shaughnessy; Maternal great grandparents, Rick and Terri Duhn, Jodi and Mike Spoorer, Paul and Sharon Decker, and Gary Michels; paternal great grandparents, Mary Shaughnessy; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Olivia was preceded in death by her cousin 'Sprinkle' Wetrich.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a memorial in Olivia's name.
