Martin Lester Lambertus, 64, of Spencer, IA, passed away on July 21, 2023, at his home. Martin was born November 15, 1958, to Lester and Patricia Ellen (Sparks) Lambertus in Emmetsburg, IA.
Martin grew up in Emmetsburg, graduating from Emmetsburg High School in 1977. After high school, Martin entered the Army and eventually went into the Navy. After his time served, Martin drove truck and retired in July of 2020. In that time, Martin had five children, Jessica, Martin Jr., Loraina, Cassie, and Christina. On July 21, 2006, Martin married Ann Louise (Pearson) in Spencer, Ia.
He is proceeded in death by his parents; two brothers Richard William and Robert LeRoy.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Ann; 5 children, Jessica (Troy) Scott; Martin (Kelly) Jr.; Loraina Lambertus; Cassie Lambertus; and Christina Lambertus; 3 sisters, Elizabeth (Gus) Olstead, Tess (Chad) Kelly, and Marjorie (Mike) Wagner; and one brother, Edward (Fawn) Lambertus; grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
