Kevin Thomas Elsbecker

Kevin Thomas Elsbecker, 37, died Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at his home in Cedar Falls, Iowa. He was born March 8, 1989, in Storm Lake, Iowa, the son of Jay Michael and Agnes Geralyn Leners Elsbecker. He graduated from Spencer High School in 2007 and later attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls and Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo. He was the assistant manager of Subway on University Ave in Cedar Falls, Iowa Survived by his parents of Gilbert, AZ. Preceded in death by his sister, Shannon Marie Elsbecker, and maternal and paternal grandparents. Memorial may be directed to: The Ronald McDonald House in Rochester, MN.
