Dylan Thomas Moser

     Dylan Thomas Moser, the son of Brandon and Amy Moser, was born April 10, 2022 in Spencer, Iowa. Even before his birth he gave his parents their fair share of excitement and while he was an unexpected addition to the family, he was exactly what they needed to be complete.

     Dylan’s time with us was far too short. However, during his eleven days in the NICU at Avera Sioux Falls Hospital, Dylan helped many new nurses learn how to care for their patients and we have no doubt they’ll keep him in their hearts for a long time. He insisted the doctors see him regularly each day and they would also come visit when not on call. They constantly referred to him as feisty and we’re certain this kept him fighting until the end. While he’ll never get the chance to play soccer like his sister, Hannah, or play legos with his brother, Paul, we’ll always remember Dylan as our little fighter. We’re sure he would have grown up to be an avid baseball fan, just like his daddy and love music just like his mom.

     Dylan passed away after an eleven day battle in the NICU, on April 21, 2022.

     He was preceded in death by great grandparents, Paul and Virginia Fannon; Nathan Moser; Thomas and Winifred Pratt; Darold and Arlys Rost and Carol Wigen.

     Left to cherish his memory forever are his father and mother, Brandon and Amy. Sister, Hannah; brother, Paul; faithful dog, Wrigley. Grandparents Arlen and Kathi Rost; Dennis and Kay Moser; great grandparents Leo Wigen and Shirley Moser; uncle Matthew Wigen; aunts Madi (Tyler) Colee; Jalen Rost and fiancé Clay Wempe; aunt Shannon Robertson. Cousins Bohdan and Aubrey Wigen; Hayden, Elin and Quinn Robertson. Many extended family members and lifelong friends who we consider family.
