Douglas Dean Duitsman

     Douglas Dean Duitsman, son of Donald Lewis and Doreen (Luehring) Duitsman, was born on October 22, 1956 in Spencer, Iowa. His early childhood years were spent in Ames, Iowa. His family moved back to Spencer, Iowa in 1966. He graduated from Spencer High School in 1974.

     He passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 at the age of 63. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Lewis and two brothers, Donald John and Daniel Raye.

     Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Doreen and her husband, Gilbert Scribner of Spencer; his sister Debra and her husband Steve Elliott of McGregor, MN; three nephews: Drew Duitsman, Jacob Elliott and Logan Duitsman; and other relatives and friends.
