Doreen Ann Falline

Doreen Ann Falline, daughter of Adolph and Elizabeth (Zimmerman) Garnjobst, was born on March 31, 1934, in Knox Co., Nebraska.  Doreen graduated from high school in Gillett Grove, Iowa.  On March 22, 1953, she was united in marriage to Roger Falline at the Methodist Church in Spencer, Iowa.  Doreen worked various jobs in Spencer while raising her children.  Doreen enjoyed baking and cooking for the holidays and family events.  Doreen enjoyed attending her children’s school events and watching her grandchildren’s basketball and softball games.

Doreen is preceded in death by her parents; son, Ronnie; and husband, Roger.  Doreen passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 89. 

Left to cherish Doreen are her son, Dennis and wife, Nancy of Washington, IA; daughter, Sharon of Colorado Springs, CO; son, Rodney and wife, Sandy of Varina, IA, sister, Jeraldine of Security, CO; twin brother, Dale and wife, Ruthann of Spirit Lake, IA; sister, Janice of Webster City, IA; brother, Gary of Arnolds Park, IA; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
