David Carrington

David Lee Carrington, age 64, was born August 14th, 1960. David peaceful passed away on Wednesday, November 27th at Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center.

David was born in Sioux Rapids, Iowa to Bill and Helen Carrington. He grew up on a farm near Peterson, Iowa. During that time, he attended Sunshine Center in Spencer, Iowa. After school he returned to the farm later moving to Storm Lake, Iowa. While there he was employed at Genesis Development. David enjoyed bowling, collecting Hot Wheels and spending time with family and friends. He would never pass up a chance to eat a cheeseburger, candy bar, ice cream or drink a pop. In June of 2024 he moved to Spencer Iowa to the Spencer Post Acute Rehabilitation Center.

David was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Lynette Johns. He is survived by siblings Bruce Carrington, Dean Carrington, Denise (Dave) Riley and many family and friends.
