Ashford Dowden Williamson Iv

 Ashford Donavon Williamson IV, the son of Ashford Williamson III and Lila (Pixler) Williamson, was born March 29, 1963 in Sioux City, Iowa.  His childhood years were spent in Spencer, Iowa, where he received his education, graduating from Spencer High School in 1984.

     He married Laurie Housley in 1984 in Spencer and to this union three children were born: Erika, Ashford V, and Zack.  Ashford was a Sunshine worker at the Sunshine Center in Spencer for many years.

     Ashford passed away at the Spencer Hospital on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the age of 57.  He was preceded in death by his parent and a brother, Eugene Heller.

      He was survived by his children: Erika Williamson of Estherville, IA, Ashford Williamson V of Terril, IA and Zack Williamson of Estherville, IA; one brother, Kenny Williamson of Lincoln, NE; one sister, Vonnie Williamson of Spencer, IA; three half brothers: Joe, Dennis and Jim Heller; three half sisters: Nancy Hanika, Judy Smith and Rosemary Kenly; other relatives and friends.
